GOODS AND SERVICES

FRESHMART is a retail company that sells food ingredients of very high quality but at the best prices.

ORDER POLICY

  • Customers first select the desired products.
  • After the order is added to the shopping cart, customers can choose to add more items or proceed to Checkout for the next process.
  • During the checkout process, customers are required to log in with an existing account or register a new account.
  • Returns for product complaints regarding non-compliant/defective/damaged items must include an unboxing video and contact our customer care.
  • Conditions for defective product categories: packaging, insufficient quantity, non-compliant items.
  • Conditions for damaged product categories: packaging, contamination, expiration.
  • Then the customer must follow 3 checkout steps as follows:
    1. Shipping Address: Customers are required to update the shipping address.
    2. Payment Method: Customers are required to choose a payment method.
    3. Place Order: Customers are considered to have rechecked the order and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable at FRESHMART (after this process, customers will receive a notification/email about the order information).

PAYMENT POLICY

We offer several payment methods:

  • Payment through transfer to our account.
  • Payment via Virtual Account.
  • Payment with OVO/Gopay and other e-wallets.

The currency used and valid for purchases on this website is Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

All transactions will be processed within a maximum of 1x 24 hours (on business days) after the customer fills out the payment confirmation.

TRANSACTION PROOF (INVOICE)

The invoice is valid proof of transaction as a reference for ordering and purchasing. We recommend keeping the invoice for each purchase, as it may be useful for after-sales service.

OPERATIONAL HOURS

We will process payment confirmation forms during FRESHMART's operational hours, which are Monday-Friday from 09:00-17:00 at certain times.
